Polly is one of Melbourne’s first cocktail bars, opening on Brunswick Street in the heart of Fitzroy over 15 years ago. Today, Polly boasts an expansive range of cocktails on the menu, customers are encouraged to challenge the bar tenders to create new classic or re-invigorate old favorites – no request is too hard, well maybe.

In addition, Polly has an ever growing assortment of cigars which customers are welcome to take away or enjoy with one of our more exclusive bottles behind the bar.
